Because our jewellery is handmade, we prepare each order with great care.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

• Free shipping on orders above €75
• Secured shipping (with tracking and guarantee): €8.65

For valuable items, we strongly recommend choosing the secured shipping option to ensure safe delivery.

🇳🇱 The Netherlands

• Free shipping on orders above €75
• Secured shipping: €13

🌍 Other Countries

Shipping costs for other countries are automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We hope you love your jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to return.
• Jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned if worn.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
