Shipping information
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on all orders over €70 to Belgium, The Netherlands, and France.
We carefully package each piece of handmade jewelry with natural stones to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Expect your order to be processed within 2-7 business days, with shipping times varying based on your location.
Returns & exchanges
- Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in it's original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
